We bought several appliances from this store for Saturday pickup between 8 to 12. 8 to 12 came and went with no appliance delivery. We spoke to two different store managers whom were absolutely worthless. They kept blaming their third party delivery. They did not take ownership for the situation. I must call their corporate number to get resolution. They do return phone messages. We will never shop Best Buy. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store.
