  We couldn't be more pleased with our bathroom remodel and the attention to detail of the Connor staff. We were particularly pleased with their assistance in dealing with unanticipated problems: It was found that the tub insert installed months earlier by a different contractor had been leaking under the old vinyl floor covering. The tub installer was unresponsive to our request for help until the Connor staff intervened. The problem was promptly addressed by the installer and the project schedule adjusted to minimize delays. The plumbing installer detected a flaw in the new sink top that we had not noticed. He suggested we delay installation and replace it, but indicated he was uncertain when he could return to complete the installation. He then contacted the Conner staff and within 20 minutes a replacement sink top was delivered and the installation completed on that day. On removal of the old wallpaper, it was found it had been installed without properly preparing the surface. As a result, the plaster board was damaged in multiple places. The Connor staff contacted a painter who made a special trip to repair and properly prepare the wall so the new paper could be installed as scheduled. The end product met all of our expectations and we will continue to work with Connor Remodeling and Design on our ongoing powder room remodel and upcoming kitchen remodel.

  I have worked with Connor Remodeling & Design twice and the word that immediately comes to my mind in describing Ken Connors is integrity. The first time was after a major rain storm left part of my basement damaged. I had to redo the laundry room and this included repairing plaster walls, replacing woodwork, and repainting floor and walls. The second time involved extensive repairs to the second story porch. He took detailed pictures of the porch that were invaluable in dealing with the insurance company. He returns calls promptly and if he says he will be at your home at a certain time he is. If he recommends a sub-contractor you can be assured that they are skilled and professional. He put me in touch with someone who installed a French drain on the south side of my property. The all projects were completed on time and it is really wonderful to have people who clean up the work site each day.
