They did not understand what was going on and charged for multiple plans, all the while they took away my mobile data access for more than a month. Actual data itself wasn’t bad though. If you want a company with terrible customer service that charges you for multiple phones, and takes away your data, and can’t figure out how to fix it, but has decent data service for the first bit, get T-Mobile. You’ll enjoy many hour long customer service calls just to end up even more frustrated.
